I don’t read books much. It’s not that I hate reading, but it depends on the book. There are a lot of books that someone offered me to read but none of them were finished reading by me. Though I read Harry Potter books..Hmmm but I only read one of it’s seven books, the book 3. If most of the peoople read all of them, well not me. Not really fond of reading, ever since.
Of all the books that I’ve read (finished it or not) only Little Prince made me cry. Actually the books was given by my cousin years ago. Though I started reading it, but it was still unfinished. Until last Saturday, when I had nothing to do inside my room. I was not feeling well then and felt bored. When I saw the Little Price inside my cabinet and read it. At long last I did read it!
The story is so simple..easily to understand, very inspirational and have a good sense. Actually, I was not supposed to cry, but because in the story, I’ve read so many meaningful phrase which I can easily relate. Two of these phrases are:
“Here is my secret. It’s quite simple: One sees clearly only with the heart. Anything essential is invisible to the eyes. . . . It’s the time that you spent on your rose that makes your rose so important. . . . People have forgotten this truth,” the fox said, “But you mustn’t forget it. You become responsible for what you’ve tamed. You’re responsible for your rose. . . .”
Look up at the sky. Ask yourself, “Has the sheep eaten the flower or not?” And you’ll see how everything changes. . . . And no grown-up will ever understand how such a thing could be so important!
Little Prince is a book which let me appreciate every little thing in life. Such a beautiful book to read. I laughed, cried and learned. ^_^

Actually its the best book I have read … and though simple … it has many deeper meaning into its words … if you know how to look for it. Its a small book and I think if you read it every year of your life, you would probably see or understand it differently.
It is somehow an insult to adults … but it is the reality of life
