3 of 5 Watermelons that we bought
Few days ago my brother was craving so bad to watermelon. Just this Saturday when he was so deeply depressed to have eat watermelon. So we ended up riding on a bike and bought 5 watermelons!
We ate 3 of them while putting the rest on the fridge ’cause they are really good to be eaten when they’re cold. I not a huge fan of watermelons but i do like to eat them. Just a coincidence, i guess, that night i was reading a magazine and i stumbled on a page saying that watermelons are good source of lycopene. Lycopene which according to wikipedia is the most powerful carotenoid quencher of singlet oxygen[1], being 100 times more efficient in the singlet-oxygen quenching action than Vitamin E, which in turn has 125 times the quenching action of glutathione (water soluble).
I never knew that fact then. So i searched it over the internet and found this interesting fact about watermelons.
A one-cup serving of watermelon will provide around 48 Calories. Watermelon is an excellent source of vitamin C and vitamin A, with one serving containing 14.59 mg of vitamin C and 556.32 IU of vitamin A. Watermelon also provides significant amounts of vitamin B6 and vitamin B1, as well as the minerals potassium and magnesium. Pink watermelon is also a source of the potent carotenoid antioxidant, lycopene. The amino acid citrulline was first extracted from watermelon and analysed.[5] Watermelons contain a significant amount of citrulline and after consumption of several kg an elevated concentration is measured in the blood plasma, this could be mistaken for citrullinaemia or other urea cycle disorder.

Dear Chocolate,
When my father gave me a box of you few days ago, you know you got me…again! You came to me with a huge box and full of different figures. You came in your another nickname GuyLian: The World’s Favorite Belgian Chocolates. And no matter what nickname will you use, you are still the same chocolate that i love. How I love to eat those seashells, butterflies, hearts and different kinds of designs for all day long. But i still have more of you, that’s why i bring some here in the office….^_^
You made me a lot sweeter than any ordinary days. You know that I always crave for you, not just the way you taste, but the way people molded you, the way they designed you. You are my favorite and my ever favorite dessert (and you know that). I know I sometimes get paranoid thinking you make me fat, but I hope you understand…
Whatever bad things im saying against you, please just understand. Thanks to my father for giving me to you. You always taste the same (so sweet!)

Thank you for loving me as i am. I know you find me very sweet and loving. There are times when you hate me and you never talk to me [eat me] anymore. But i understand, i know you are just concern of your weight! Coz you are thinking i am responsible of making you fat! But that’s not true… And you know that.
I know no matter how you deny the fact, i am still one of those who put smile on your face. I am just here for you everytime you need something to talk to, errrr to eat.

Marc and Rovilson
It’s been weeks since the pilot epesode of The Amazing Race Asia season 2 or TARA2 was launched. All the excitement and fun are there. And so far I’ve never missed an episode for this season. I am actually a fan of The Amazing Race (TAR) but due to my schedule, i never get the chance to watch the episode fully. Even when TARA season 1 was aired, i wanted to watch the full episode, but unluckily i didn’t because we had no cable that time yet hehehe and aside from the fact that the two teams from my country got eliminated so early.When I heard that my country once again had two (teams) representatives, most especially, knowing that sexy model Marc Nelson is one of the racers, i never had enough reason not to watch this show. LOL. The race is full of fun and excitement (yet again). Though Marc and his teamate Rovilson (A Magazine Editor) won six times already, some find the race boring. Well not for me, cause everytime this two hunkies made it first on the Pit stop, the smile on my face would last for not less than a minute… ^_^
But i don’t to why, some are too rude. They are giving Marc and Rovilson nicknames that for me are so shallow and meaningless. I’ve read a blog, I’m not going to mention a name nor link of his blog here, which he made alot of negative comments to Marc and Rov giving a very unreasonable comments to the duo. I don’t know what his problem is, but i am very upset to what he’s saying.
I guess, it’s when you’re always on top when people around you will try everything just to ruin you, right?
I hope Marc and Rov will win this race, if not, I’m sure they did their very best. Goodluck to Marc and Rov! Go Team Philippines!
To that blogger: Say whatever you want to say, call Marc and Rov every nicknames that you want…’cause you just suck!
